Divination Ritual Honeyed Loose Incense

Our Lady of the Oracle is a ritual incense handmade to assist with divination rituals. It includes herbs and resins designed to help the practitioner shift into the mindset ideal for divination. Many of the elements included have a long history of use in rituals of divination and can assist with opening the mind and ears to hear the meaning intended in the divination received. 

Our Lady of the Oracle is a ritual incense handmade with herbs, resins, and honey. It contains hazel leaf, mugwort, juniper berries, rue, dandelion leaf & root, wormwood leaf, dragon's blood, and frankincense. Each item is ground and combined with honey, in a similar style to but distinct from kyphi incense. Each batch is pressed into a condensed layer of a jar and stored in a cool, dark place. It sleeps in its chthonic resting place for a moon cycle before being awoken and reborn into this life. It’s broken up, clumps loosened like packed dirt overturned for planting with the seeds of your workings. When burned, the first impression it left was that of bread baking in the next room, its gentle scent filling your home. 

This honeyed loose incense is not self-lighting and needs an external heat source, such as a charcoal disk or tealight in a compatible incense burner. It comes in a 2oz glass jar with a cork lid. Each jar has a label featuring art of the Gallae based on a historical source and recreated by your local tricksters, to honor them as our incense teachers. Labels also include the ingredients included. 

We recommend shaking the bottle before each use to loosen any clumps and wake the incense again from its rest to prepare it for your workings.
