Amuletic Eyeglass Chains

Our amuletic eyeglass chains are handmade and each measure approximately 30.5 inches in length. They're lightweight and drape gently across the back of the neck when worn. They're perfect for people who'd like to accessorize the glasses they wear every day and folx who often wear reading or sunglasses that they take off and on. We currently have the following styles available:

• Malocchio: This eyeglass chain is designed to keep the evil eye at bay as you go about your day. It includes 7 sets of 3 red coral beads, separated by glass Nazar eye beads, all strung on gold-tone stainless steel figaro chain to resist tarnishing while going about your day. The number 7 calls in Ouranic blessings, while the number 3 embodies magic itself for a boost to its prowess. This chain has been blessed for efficacy, spending 3 days in our evil eye Blessing Box after being put through a series of motions designed to teach it its protective purpose.
• Glamor: This eyeglass chain is designed for glamor work, particularly emphasizing beauty. It includes 6 sets of 5 glass pearls; 6 for wildness and the aims of our own heart and 5 for its connection with Aphrodite and ability to harmonize conflicting forces. Glass pearls call in the self-love that boosts glamor work by helping others see what we see in ourselves. Between each section are matte glass beads, a shade between fuchsia and magenta found in many cosmetics. It is strung on gold-tone stainless steel figaro chain. • Self-Love: This eyeglass chain is designed for self-love work, gently coaxing us to believe in our own worth.  It includes 7 sets of 5 rose quartz beads; 7 elevates and lightens a heavy heart, while 5 calls in Aphrodite to help bring our self-worth into harmony, rather than being drowned out by self-doubt. Rose quartz itself is chosen to teach gentle self-love; it's a shade of pink so soft it's easy to miss, but rose quartz is pink for its own sake. Between these sections are real freshwater pearls, framed on either side by gold for beauty recognized and admired.
