Faerie Home Tea Ritual Kits

Each of our Faerie Home tea ritual kits includes a vintage ceramic vessel depicting a home, a recipe card, a pouch of lavender and a blackberry honey stick. The recipe card includes a recipe for Fae Wine: a non-alcoholic tea-based beverage. Fae are said to have a very low alcohol tolerance, and this recipe is for the wine shared among the Fae themselves. While it may give a buzz to Fae, this relaxing and indulgent treat includes no intoxicants--save, perhaps, the buzzing presence of the Fae, should they choose to reveal themselves. Alongside the recipe for Fae Wine, these kits include almost all the elements necessary to make it, save water and milk. 

Each kit includes a cup and/or pitcher to utilize during your tea ritual. Each has been consecrated in the smoke of our handmade Fae incense and is primed to as a spirit house for the Fae themselves. The back of your recipe card includes instructions for a small ritual to call the Fae into your house-shaped vessel, that they may share in any libations made inside and have a small home for themselves inside your own home space.

We have the following vessel options available:

• Rose Trellis Pitcher: This large pitcher depicts a white house with a brown shingled roof. A chimney rises by the handle opposite the pour spout, while windows peek out from under the shingled roof. The front features the door of the house, framed by climbing roses, while the back door shows ivy climbing nearby on the facade. It is in excellent condition, with no visible cracks or chips. It measures 9.5x7.5x5 inches.
• Guardian Tree Pitcher: This large pitcher is rounded, depicting a home with many windows. The front door shows fruiting or blossoming bushes, while the back depicts a large guardian tree. The spout is made to appear reminiscent of tree leaves, while the handle is painted to depict the curving arch of a tree. It is in good condition, but has a crack that runs from the rim through the top-most window  on the front of the house, as seen in the photo. This pitcher is made in Japan and measures 7x5x4.5 inches. . 
• Blooming Bush Small Pitcher: This small pitcher depicts a house with thatched roof, containing a small window nestled near the rim. The front depicts a door, framed on one side by climbing roses and the other with a brightly blooming or fruiting bush. Small windows line the sides while grass lines the bottom. The handle is rendered as a curving tree, while the spout appears like lush foliage. It is in excellent condition, with no visible chips or cracks. This pitcher is made in Japan and measures 5.5x4.25x3.75 inches. 

As animists, we find second-hand items have a unique potency when used in altar-crafting. These items, once cherished by their original owners, have since been given up for one reason or another. They long to be loved once more and nearly sing with joy when they're honored by being included in an altar or place of worship. May they find a loving home in your care!
