Last Laugh Prayer Cards - Dionysos Lysios and the Orchid

As a part of our Last Laugh Collection, we offer our large prayer card series.  They are the size of an altar card and are a perfect centerpiece to altars to Dionysos Lysios for healing unjust wounds and the Survivor's Last Laugh. The front of each one features vintage art of an Orchid, calling in Dionysos in his role in the Orchid's creation. Each orchid is embossed by hand, with the pigment awoken and enlivened with heat during the process. The back features prayers crafted for working unique each step of the healing journey represented in the amulets, rosaries, and bath salts of this collection. Each card measures roughly 5x7 inches and is made on sturdy cardstock that has been cut by hand. 

We have three styles available, each representing a phase of the healing journey:

Of Justice and Joy: This card features a prayer that aims to rebuild trust that cruelty need not be the law of the land. It features red paper with a golden embossed orchid on the front.

Of Care and Comfort: This card features a prayer that fosters the healing only possible when resting and recovering without fear. It features lavender paper with a copper embossed orchid on the front.

Of Love and Laughter: This card features a prayer that welcomes the return of delight in the Survivor's Last Laugh. It is made on pastel green paper with a rose gold embossed orchid on the front. 

Combination Pack: This option includes all three of the prayer cards listed above for those interested in working the entire healing journey contained in these prayer cards.

Prayer is the easiest, lowest cost way to connect with a deity, and speaking with them often helps deepen your relationship as it would with any physical person. Pre-written prayers can be used as a chant during meditation, when using prayer beads and rosaries, and as a familiar pathway to connect with a given deity. Freeform prayer in the form of speaking directly to your deity with whatever is on your mind can be uncomfortable if it is not a familiar act. To open that door, we have crafted our prayers to ease anyone into prayer with pagan deities with prayers that are pre-written and have the blessing of the deity they are created for. Reach out to your deities with ease and confidence, knowing that their ears will recognize the familiar words.

We encourage the use of our prayers in anyone’s personal practice, but do not consent to our prayers being used for professional use or for profit in any capacity, including but not limited to products, merchandise, and any form of advertising.
