No matter your religious tradition, churches have become a central part of folk magic throughout the years. In Norse folk magic, also known as trolldom, workings may call for items to be brough to a church or for circumambulation around the church itself. Italian folk magic also often calls for items to be brough to a church for consecration. It can be hard to find churches willing to support workings, ones that feel safe to bring our workings to, or perhaps you no longer work within a Christian cosmology but would like to work with traditions that call for working with a physical church. We offer these miniature vintage churches as a work around for such practitioners, that they may engage with the traditions of their practices and/or ancestors from the comfort of their home.
Our current miniature church offering is Lilliput Lane's St. Mark's church, made of painted porcelain. It measures 5.5 x 4.25 x 4 inches and includes original Lilliput Lane tag on the bottom.
