This vintage altar box is filled with handmade offerings that call in the beauty and power of the goddess Bast. It is contained in a vintage, wooden box carved into the shape of a cat lying down in a pose Bastet and her kittens are depicted in at times. The vessel itself is an offering and spirit home for Bastet, but also contains handmade offerings to call in her presence. All offerings are able to fit in the limited space inside the box, for those with limited space and those in the broom closet, with a need to tuck their altars away from time to time. It also comes with one of our Bastet prayer cards, made on Lokta paper handmade in Nepal with real cornflowers pressed inside. The front features a vintage depiction of Bastet, while the back features a prayer written by your local tricksters to honor her.
